Compass at Green Party Conference: with Zack Polanski, Steve Williams and more

All those attending the Green Party conference are warmly invited to attend a Compass panel event in Brighton Saturday 7th October 5.15-6.30pm. We will be joined by Deputy Leader and London Assembly Member Zack Polanski, Compass Member and Councillor Steve Williams, and more speakers to be announced.

This event is for every Green Party member who wants to change the structure and culture of our politics so we can change our country, starting with PR. To get there, we need to reflect on how to build a politics that effectively builds long term agreement across parties and those of none in the run up to the general election. The timeline and scale of the huge challenges we face – the climate catastrophe, rocketing inequality or rebuilding our crumbling infrastructure and public services – demand it.

We will discuss progressive cross-party cooperation and how we can rise to the challenge of building a deep and enduring settlement to replace our stale, outdated politics, for people and planet.
